[Important] Delay in response due to a sudden increase in support ticket inquiries

Due to the recent surge in inquiries with lots of support tickets, it is taking a long time to send the reply.
Although we are doing our best, there are cases in which several support tickets are sent with the same ID and same issue. Because of this, more time is being spent on answering.
Sending a support ticket only once is the fastest way to receive a reply, and we will inform you that if you send it in duplicate, it will be automatically classified as a lower priority by date updating system.
For support tickets, you can contact us by clicking the Support button on the login page or the Support menu in the upper right corner after logging in. The detailed process is as below.
Support → Sign in → Sign in with Google → Enter your Google ID and password
It usually takes 5 to 7 days (excluding weekends) to respond, and it may be delayed depending on the content of the inquiry.
