[Login] Login System Error

Issue: some users are having a hard time signing in with their mobile devices.
Reason: Google Chrome App’s recent update (from July 15th) which does not properly sync with the server.
Solved: Our team has synced clearly between our Homepage and new version Chrome browser.
Login errors when using a laptop or a desktop computer occur when users login to multiple accounts and do not log out. Thus, we recommend users to clear their browser’s cache and cookie files. If you could not log in, try to remove the cache and cookie files. The details are as follows.
GiantFinex’s website is optimized for Google’s Chrome browser. We recommend users to use Chrome.
<How to remove Cookies and Cached files>
1. On your computer, open ‘Chrome’.
2. Click ‘ctrl’ + ‘shift’ + ‘delete’ keys in same time
3. Click Advanced.
4. Select the types of [Cookies and other site data] and [Cached images and files]
5. Click ‘Clear data’.
6. Exit all of browsers
7. Open Chrome browser.
8. Login to GiantFinex
