[Important] Information regarding withdrawal and dividends

We will inform members regarding withdrawals and dividends.
1) Withdrawal
To request a withdrawal, please make a withdrawal request after verifying your identity through a support ticket.
Withdrawals are accepted only for accounts for which identity verification has been completed, and withdrawal requests are processed in batches sequentially (on or around the 15th of each month).
When requesting a withdrawal, please fill out the form below and send it to us.

2) Dividend
Dividends are paid retroactively once a month, and updated dividends are sent to each ID in batches (the renewal date is within the 15th of each month).
RVN whose dividend renewal has been completed can request a withdrawal.
3) Change deposit address
Enter the correct RVN wallet address when requesting withdrawal. Please note that GiantFinex cannot take any action after the withdrawal is completed.
In particular, if you use an exchange in a country where the travel rule applies, we ask you to be careful when applying for a deposit.
Additionally, if you want to change your deposit address, please refer to the form below, fill it out, and send us a support ticket.
